Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland

Are you or someone you know making hard choices about making a house payment or paying other bills?

Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland (NHSGC) will be available on Mondays at the LakewoodAlive offices to provide access to a full range of homeownership education, foreclosure prevention and lending programs.  This includes unbiased, individualized assistance so that homeowners can weigh their options, access to mortgage assistance programs (including "rescue" funds), and representation at mediation where appropriate. Services are being provided at no cost to the homeowner.

Appointments are available Mondays from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, with evening hours available on the third Monday of every month. Residents can also make a confidential appointment to meet with an NHSGC staff person at the LakewoodAlive offices by calling Francis Cintron at 216.952.9829.
