Regarding parking: I know the city makes a lot of money on parking meters and parking tickets, and since we are in a budget crisis can't really lose much income, but we need to think of a better solution. One: there just isn't enough parking in downtown Lakewood; and two: where there is parking there are too many meters. The walk signs often don't work. Cars turn only to go 100 feet and then cross against the light to go north on Cook because the drivers don't want to drive such a short distance. The route of Warren from 90 down to Madison.
